TrueWorth provides an AI-powered exit readiness assessment for UK SME owners. The platform generates scores and commentary designed to help you understand your business's readiness for a potential sale or transition. The service is informational only.

• Use only one account per person
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, scoring methodology, or proprietary algorithms
• Submit deliberately false or misleading data in your assessment
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

The TrueWorth platform, including its scoring methodology, AI models, design, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by TrueWorth.

Your data belongs to you. By using the platform, you grant us a licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueWorth shall not be liable for any decisions you make based on your assessment results or AI-generated commentary.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us. For users on the free tier, this amount is zero.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Your data deletion rights under our Privacy Policy are preserved regardless of the reason for termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
